Job description:
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Campaign Executive to join our Client Services team at dotDigital. You will be working with our key clients, managing their email marketing campaigns, and assisting with their HTML email template creation. You are likely to be someone currently working in a client support or account management role, ideally with email marketing experience.
The atmosphere is fun, intellectually challenging, demanding, friendly, non-bureaucratic and continually evolving. However although the atmosphere is relaxed it is highly professional and very much connected to the needs of our customers.
Your role will require you to:
- Work with the other members of our Client Services team, assisting across our email marketing campaigns, including uploading data, adding creative assets to the client's email template, segmenting client data, and analysing results
- Data manipulation and cleansing
- Provide help and advice to customers using dotDigital's products or services
- Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, and face-to-face
- Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
- Produce written information for customers
Experience / skills needed:
- HTML/CSS knowledge essential
- Email industry experience highly desirable
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with changing priorities
- Fantastic attention to detail - especially when working under time pressure
- Proactive and confident, and able to build credible relationships with clients and their agencies
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Be an expert Excel user
- Knowledge and experience of using database / database management systems - with MS Access experience desirable
- Hard working, enthusiastic, passionate about digital
