Who are you?
We are a digital marketing agency. Our main product, dotMailer, sends and tracks millions of emails every day for some of the world's largest companies. We also have a new surveying product, dotSurvey and e-commerce offerings.
How experienced should I be?
We are after good people from both ends of the spectrum, so whether you've got many years' experience or are fresh out of education we'd like to hear from you.
What will I be doing?
In a word, everything. We work in small scrum teams with short sprints, giving devs the chance to gain experience in all disciplines from the latest .NET stuff, to funky new JS libraries, VLDBs, build pipelines and all kinds of testing.
What challenges will I face?
Scalability and releasing low bug rate code. Billion row database tables and services that are hit by thousands of requests per second are common place. You will also be expected to release clean code with very few defects guided by tests.
What are you guys like?
A laid back cross functional team comprised of C# developers, JavaScript pros, front end gurus, visual and UX designers. We work in two week sprints and aim to deliver quickly and often, the pace of work is fast but we take time to share knowledge and learn new skills, often whilst eating free Mexican food :)
