We are looking to recruit a Senior Digital Designer here at dotAgency. This is a new role within our growing team.
We're looking for a creative who can think, talk and breathe digital. A lot of this position will be about creating design strategies that match the business objectives and data from analytics and users. Good communication skills will be needed so clients and team members understand and buy into the design strategies. You'll be expected to push the limit of what's possible with each project, so our designs are consistently award winning.
In terms of technical skills, you should know Photoshop like the back of your hand. Knowledge of Illustrator and Wire-framing tools is also expected. The ideal candidate will still want to design beautiful web solutions, but you will not need to code (we have interface developers that can do that). However you will need to know what's possible (how its made, accessibility, how to make something findable, responsive design etc).
You must be able to demonstrate proven experience of UI and UX work, and work with wireframes and A/B testing to refine designs.
Strong interpersonal and management skills are needed, as you will be briefing our team of UK outsourced designers who currently work for us. Ensuring their work is of a high standard is vital.
