Andres Serrano, is the Latino of the team - with his Colombian heritage he adds that extra spice to the dotMailer family - and joined the group in August 2010. His background is largely in sales development and marketing, with his last position being for a mobile phone company. Andres was attracted to dotMailer by the pace of the role, the growing market, the constantly evolving technology and the ability to directly contribute to new product development using either his own ideas or thoughts from his clients. What gets him up in the morning is the tangible contribution that he can give to both clients as well as to the dotDigital group. The commission structure means that he is able to benefit personally from his hard work and encourages ownership of his client base.
