Andy joined in May 2009 from a small marketing agency in London. This was a sideways move for him and he was particularly attracted to dotDigital by the availability of a mentor, the location, and the wide exposure to different types of work and clients.
In January 2011 he was promoted to become the group’s User Experience Manager and is now providing an internal service to the whole of the group across all products. Andy says that the best thing about working for dotDigital is the fun environment and the willingness of management to listen and their openness to suggestions.
