Gavin joined dotMailer in September 2009 having worked for around five years previously as a Sales Manager at a competitor e-mail marketing company – with clients across the full sectoral spread - after achieving a BSc in Politics from Kingston University (2:1). He was attracted to the dotDigital group because of its position in the market and the wider exposure to other products, other than just e-mail.
Gavin particularly likes the friendly working environment and the fact that all the staff – up to board level – is approachable and open to ideas. He explains that his colleagues are almost like having an extended family. Gavin also believes that the tools/products are so great that they almost sell themselves and are easily explained to potential clients.
