Lilia graduated from Loughborough University with a BSc in Management Science. She originally focussed her job search on marketing positions. However, due to the economic downturn, found that these types of roles were incredibly competitive and oversubscribed. She then looked wider afield and was particularly attracted to the dotDigital Group as its main focus is digital marketing - and subsequently joined the dotMailer sales team in January 2009. She has strong interpersonal skills which enabled her to move into an account management role in October 2009.
Lilia particularly enjoys the general working environment, the company ethos, and the consultative client-facing nature of her role.
