Milan graduated from the University of Brighton with a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance and initially worked for a number of years within the logistics industry where he was the finance manager and had responsibility for cash flow management, financial reporting and management information.
He joined dotDigital in August 2007 and was attracted by the young, growing, dynamic company who also offered him the opportunity to finish his professional accountancy qualifications. He was appointed as the Company Secretary in January 2009. He particularly enjoys being involved in board meetings, driving company strategy, and the challenging intellectual environment. He has been instrumental in the listing of the business firstly onto the Plus market and more recently onto AIM. He has also been involved in mergers and acquisitions and has additional responsibility for HR and legal aspects of the business.
