Shavin studied for a BSc in Medical Engineering at Queen Mary, University of London, as this was his main interest. However, post graduation he found it difficult to break into this area so focussed his job search on advertising instead - which was always his back-up plan. He joined the Production Support Team, which is part of Client Services, in September 2009.
Shavin is largely responsible for working on bespoke templates for high profile clients – he particularly enjoys the creative element of this work and aspires to become the creative director in the long term. He finds the atmosphere young and friendly, with a laid-back culture. He would like to move into wordpress development and is looking forward to future training opportunities to be able to fulfil his potential. Outside of work, Shavin is a youth advisor in the charitable sector.
