Tom joined the dotDigital Group in August 2008 having graduated from Plymouth University with a BSc in Digital Art and Technology. He started as first-line support on the dotMailer side of the business and was quickly identified as having potential and became team leader of client services in March 2010. He is now working as the head of the technical support team.
Tom finds the environment exhilarating and challenging – it’s really fun and friendly. He has particularly enjoyed the opportunity to move quickly through the business and get exposure to higher-level work earlier than may have been available elsewhere. His team have a great team spirit working as well as recognising and celebrating their technical specialisms. Tom particularly likes working on key accounts and his role is now more account manager focussed which he enjoys. He was delighted to be awarded ‘employee of the year’ in 2010.
